Jon and Annabel Pawley serve at El Camino Bilingual School through TeachBeyond.
Annabel grew up north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Taylor University in 2024 with a degree in Elementary Education, a minor in Spanish, and a concentration in TESOL. She first came to Honduras in 2019 to adopt her little sister, Allison, and later returned to intern at Casa de Niños during the summers of 2022 and 2023. In the 2024–2025 school year, Annabel began teaching 2nd grade at El Camino.
Jon grew up in Cambodia as the son of missionary Bible translators and graduated from Taylor University in 2025 with a degree in Mathematics Education. Drawn by a desire to teach and disciple students around the world, he joined Annabel in Honduras and began teaching middle and high school at El Camino in the 2025–2026 school year.
Jon enjoys hiking, reading, lifting weights, and cooking, while Annabel loves dark chocolate, gymnastics, and the color purple.
